The PCS Project Management Group is prepared to implement the complete integrated solution. Our staff is complete with fully trained Engineers, Certified and Factory trained Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. The assigned Project Manager and Technicians are apprised of the specific implementation requirement and overall customer expectation. Our staff will coordinate all activities as required while interfacing with selected providers in behalf of the customer. With complete customer satisfaction as the goal, our customers can depend on a smooth transition that is delivered on time with superior quality.
PCS Service Technicians are prepared to provide service for all equipment and network facilities provided. In the event of any reported problem, PCS will take ownership and will see the problem through complete resolution. Our staff is available to answer any questions concerning the equipment, use and operation, or to arrange for any needs the customer may have regarding their service needs. The PCS Customer CARE (Customers Always Receive Excellence), STAR (Service, Technical and Response) Service Program, EMAP (Equipment Maintenance Agreement Program) and NAS (Network Administration Service) service program’s are designed to provide many years of cost-effective system operation, service and training support.
