Service
PCS Service Department is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week for all your telecommunication and information system service needs. PCS will dispatch qualified service technicians promptly to troubleshoot, fix, replace or repair any and all defects associated with your telecommunication system. This includes cabling, local network access problems, telephone and common equipment or any other peripheral device attached to the technology infrastructure. PCS technicians provide fast response, courteous interaction, diagnosis and service problem resolution. Training
User Training
PCS provides complete system user familiarization and training upon initial system installation. Prior to or upon initial system installation, a PCS Customer Service Representative will provide initial training for your staff pinpointed to the actual device that will be utilized at the desktop level, including voice mail.. This training is usually performed in group settings and will take approximately (1) hour with a lively question and answer period. Specialized training is provided for those users that require special application equipment utilization such as console operator, Call Center, Call Accounting, Unified Messaging, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) applications and any other associated application specific devices.
Administrative
PCS can provide basic systems administrative training for those managerial employees assigned to perform routine systems administration. This training is typically performed one on one and will take up to (4) hours. This training provides a base knowledge of systems programming parameters for simple in house AMC. Customers with a need for advanced systems administrative knowledge can attained factory direct training for most products provided by PCS.

PCS Customer CARE Service Program
The PCS Customer CARE (Customer Always Receive Excellence) Service Program is provided to all new system installations covering the warranty of all equipment and services provided by PCS. The PCS CARE warranty covers all equipment and hardware and warrants it operation for the contract period. The CARE warranty covers all equipment and labor to fix, replace and/or repair any and all defects throughout the duration of the agreement. The PCS CARE program also provides for guaranteed response times, additional end user training as needed, emergency response, locked in low cost labor rate and more. The CARE program assures our Customers that in the event that service is required problems will be addressed, diagnosed and remedied in contracted timeframe at no additional charge. This annual cost based insurance allows your business to operate efficiently at known budgeted costs.
